Description

Solid ash tabletop made from high-quality ash from the higher elevations of the Beskids. Thanks to its slow growth, the wood has high density, strength, and a light, distinctive grain that gives it a modern and airy feel.

Each board is hand-processed in our workshop – from material selection to high-pressure gluing and final surface treatment. We use OSMO oil, which reliably protects the wood, enhances its natural structure, and allows for easy maintenance even with daily use.

The board is suitable not only as a tabletop but also for bar counters, kitchen islands, reception desks, worktops, or other custom interior elements.

Additional information

Photos are for illustration purposes only. Each piece is unique – due to natural patterns and curves in the wood, an identical appearance cannot be achieved, which makes each board a small story in itself. The product comes with a 2-year warranty.

Wood and Edges

Choose the solid wood you like. Ash is durable, light, and modern. Each piece is unique with knots and natural transitions.

  • Jasanová deska z masivu s rovnou hranou

    Straight ash edge

The elegant straight edge of the solid ash top gives the table a clean, modern look with subtle lines, while the light tone of the ash with its distinctive grain perfectly complements light interiors.

  • Jasanová deska z masivu s zešikmenou hranou

    Bevelled ash edge

The stylishly angled edge gives the ash wood top a light, airy design and modern elegance, beautifully combining the rustic charm of solid ash with its light color and distinctive texture.

  • Jasanová deska z masivu s přírodní hranou

    Natural ash edge

The authentic natural edge of the ash preserves the lively organic shape of the trunk and the unique distinctive grain of the annual rings, making each solid ash table a completely original piece with a light whitish hue.

Where you can use the board

A massive oak slab is suitable for many types of interiors. We most often use it as a table top, bar counter, kitchen island, or reception desk. Thanks to its strength and natural appearance, it can be used practically anywhere high-quality solid wood is needed.

Why choose our boards?

We make tables that aren't sold by the thousands. Each one is handcrafted from start to finish, with time dedicated to details that no one addresses in mass production.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does the board weigh?

It depends on the dimensions and thickness. Approximately 15–25 kg per 1 m² at a thickness of 40 mm. Larger and thicker slabs can weigh over 80–100 kg.

Does free shipping apply to records?

No. Free shipping applies only to orders of two or more pieces. For orders of one slab, shipping is charged according to size and distance (usually CZK 1,500 – 3,500). Personal pick-up at the workshop is, of course, free of charge.

How should I care for the board to make it last?

Each of our tabletops is made to bring you joy for many years. All it takes is a little regular care.

  • Wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaning agents that could damage the surface. To maintain its natural appearance, we recommend occasional treatment with a suitable oil.

A few simple steps are enough to ensure your tabletop retains its beauty and becomes a lasting part of your home for many years to come.

Can I use the desktop with my own base?

Yes. We will deliver the tabletop separately, and you can use it on any base (metal, wooden, or even your own custom-made).

Can I choose my own dimensions?

Yes, all our tabletops are custom-made. Write or call us to discuss the exact dimensions, shape, and edge type.

Can the board be sanded or otherwise modified later?

Yes. The top can be sanded and re-oiled at any time. The edges can also be adjusted or the top shortened if necessary.

How long does production take?

All our tabletops are custom-made, with production typically taking 3 to 6 weeks. This depends on the current workshop workload and the complexity of the design (e.g., special edges or extra length). We will inform you of the exact delivery date immediately upon agreement.

Do you ship throughout the Czech Republic? Can I pick up the board in person?

Yes, delivery is available throughout the Czech Republic. Personal pickup at our workshop in Beskydy is possible by prior arrangement and is free of charge.
