If you wish to make a claim for goods, please contact us by email at info@stolarstvimikel.cz. In the email, please describe the defect, include the order or invoice number, and attach photographic documentation of the defect (ideally multiple photos from different angles for better assessment).
Upon receipt and verification of your claim, we will send you a confirmation by email and propose further action. All matters are governed by valid Czech legislation and our Terms and Conditions.
