New Branding for Stolařství Mikel: cleaner and timeless

Our original logo has served us since the beginning and helped us grow. However, the brand is evolving, and so is our vision. We are introducing a new, cleaner, and more modern branding that better reflects what we truly do – honest solid wood, strong lines, and timeless quality.

Every brand has its story. Ours began with a simple logo that accompanied us from the first orders to this day. It fulfilled its purpose, represented us, and helped us grow. But a brand is not static. With every new order, every table, and every customer, our vision evolves. And so, it's time for us to update our visual identity as well.

Why we are changing our branding now

The brand grows with us

From the beginning, we focused on honest handcrafted work with solid wood. As we grew, we gained experience, new ideas, and a clearer vision of who we want to be. The original logo served us well, but it no longer reflected the full scope of what we do today and where we are headed.

A cleaner and more modern expression

The new branding is simpler, cleaner, and more modern. We removed everything unnecessary. Only the essentials remain – strong lines, a clear shape, and an emphasis on quality. Exactly as it should be.

What the new branding expresses

MP – the craftsman's signature

The initials MP in the logo stand for the owner's name – Petr Mikel. It is a personal seal and a reminder that behind every table, every slab, and every order stands a specific person. Not an anonymous company, but handcrafted work with a clear author.

Brown color – the color of solid wood

The brown in the logo refers to what our tables are made from. Solid oak and ash. The natural grain of wood, its warmth, and timelessness. It is the color of the material we work with every day.

Green leaf – our origin

The green leaf reminds us of where we come from. The Beskydy Mountains and Wallachia. It is here, in the heart of the mountains, that our workshop stands. From here we source our wood, and it is here that tables with a story are created.

The new branding is not just a logo change. It is a visual expression of what we do every day in the workshop. Simple. Strong. Durable.
